NA Sales Manager

Working fields:


  • Responsibility to grow the business in USMCA Region
  • Evaluate Market Potentials with North American customer base, Identify RFQ targets and position the company to win new business
  • Develop strong personal relationship with decision makers on customer side
  • Lead the RFQ work with engineering, purchasing, Quality, both locally and with the headquarters in Germany
  • Ensure Order intake for NA customers
  • Lead annual price negotiations and commercial change management in development projects
  • Manage ongoing quality control and product improvement input from customer base Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering preferred, Business, Economics, etc., acceptable
  • Track record of success in identifying and development new customers and experience in market planning and customer development methodology
  • Ability to work independently
  • Energetic, engaged, focused personality
  • Periodic travel to Germany required
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrate product, and related speaking and interaction skills required
  • Communication and negotiation skills essential
  • Promotability to full P&L responsibility highly desired
