Sr. Compensation Analyst


$100-110K + Bonus

Responsible for the design, implementation and advisory of the Compensation and Benefits programs policies and strategies to ensure operational excellence in the region. Align all policies to Corporate and Regional HR strategy. Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in each country. Be compliant with all regulations, laws and labor standards. Ensure all annual and quarterly processes are correctly administrated, including the annual Merit Increase and the MBO.


  • Expertise in C&B knowledge, practices, trends and applicable information to guide and provide value to the NAM Region
  • Define, implement and update C&B procedures and policies for NAM
  • Participate in Compensation & Benefit surveys and perform the appropriate analysis to be used by HRBPs in applicable organizational decisions.
  • Create salary structures and communicate benchmark data as required.
  • Responsible to collect all job descriptions and kept them up to date.
  • Evaluate and map Internal structure according to the IPE methodology.
  • Implement, administrate and guide on Compensation policies, processes and tools
  • Monitor and suggest actions on internal equity of all within the company
  • Responsible for the implementation of company benefit plans
  • Develop personnel cost budgets and salary projections
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and tax laws for all three countries
  • Responsible of international assignments and compensation proposals for Expats. Help with documents and provide guidance to HQ about regional conditions and practices.
  • Cooperate with wellness initiatives to improve health and work-life balance
    • Daily with HR BPs. Jointly define local strategies on a continuous basis.
    • Daily with Regional Leads. Provide guidance and advisory about C&B practices and policies on a continuous basis.
    • Communication with HQ HR Team to ensure alignment and to collect feedback on a frequently basis.
    • Weekly with the HR NAM VP to develop, implement and improve policies and practices, according to specific needs.
    • Direct or indirect communication with Employees, regarding the management of their compensation and benefits package, to influence in their knowledge, perception and satisfaction on a frequently basis.

    Continuous communication with different consultants regarding market information and Compensation and Benefits practices,


  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, accounting or a related field
  • Masters in business preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional is a Plus
    • International/global company background
    • 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits
    • 2- 3 years as Compensation and Benefits Head or Account Manager in Consultancy Companies.

    3+ years managing international compensation responsibilities, projects or accounts, especially in North America
